The following is a summary of some of the key aspects of the various document delivery Legislation (current Spring 2012) regarding document delivery and the corresponding capabilities of REACH Delivery to ensure that compliance is maintained.

Common across virtually all chemical related health and safety legislation worldwide is the requirement to ensure that the (M)SDS and associated documentation is provided to the customer, and made available to all personnel that may come in to contact with hazardous chemicals.
